Returns
We want you to love SnugSeat. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To start a return, contact us at snugseat@hotmail.com. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at snugseat@hotmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, so we can make it right.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used or washed unless they arrived defective.
